Holiday Punch Tournament

Merry (almost) Smissmas! As a celebration of everything cold and snowy, the Holiday Puncherinos are hosting a Holiday Punch tournament! The Holiday Punch tournament will consist of 8 teams of 7 dueling it out as Heavy on ctf_snowfort. But there's a catch! The only weapon allowed is the Holiday Punch!
Sign ups start on November 25th and end on December 10th! All players of varying skill may join! The tournament will be December 24th - 26th and will be hosted live. Good luck and have fun!

DreamHack TF2 Community Clash

Pack your bags and grab your guns because EssentialsTF has announced they're partnering up with DreamHack to run an online TF2 tournament on the 14th and 15th of November!
The DreamHack TF2 Community Clash will have a prize pool of $2000 (~€1700), the largest seen from any TF2 event since Insomnia65 last year.
The event begins on Saturday, November 14th, at 11:45am CET (5:45am EST) and will include a pre-show event and the group stages. Sunday, November 15th, brings the elimination playoffs starting at 12:00pm CET (6:00am EST) culminating with the grand final match!

ETF2L Highlander S22 Prem Grand Final

The path through the playoffs is rarely as straight as a Roman road. For the teams in ETF2L's Highlander Premiership division this season was no exception. Unfortunately, Veni Vidi Vici were not able to match up to their name. They came, they saw, but they were not able to conquer inVision in the semifinal match.
The Grand Final match saw inVision face the defending ETF2L Highlander champions, Super Dickmann's KANNONEN! It was a best of 3 series on the maps pl_upward and cp_steel, with koth_warmtic being the tiebreak. Check out the match between these titans on KritzKast's YouTube Channel!

UGC League Fall Season 2020

Prepare yourself! The UGC League Fall Season is about to start! Come join the players that played last season for some competitive TF2 action! Players of all skill levels are welcome to come play in their Highlander, 6v6, 4v4 and Ultiduo leagues!
The first week of matches starts Monday, October 5th, and there is no cost to play. The UGC has divisions across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia/New Zealand. Players from any of these regions are encouraged to sign up and join the fun!
In-game medals will be awarded to players who test their mettle! The UGC has awarded nearly 168,000 medals since 2011!

United Dodgeball League New Season

Looking for a different way to play Team Fortress? United Dodgeball League is a fast paced event where teams reflect a rocket back and forth quickly, with increasing speeds as the round timer ticks down.
Their new season starts June 8th. Matches are played once a week for a month. Play the times that work for you, any time, any day of the week!
- 1st Place - 24 keys
- 2nd Place - 15 keys
- 3rd Place - 9 keys
Don't worry about being a new player! Teams that don't make the top 3 positions can still win prizes such as in-game medals to show off! A 15 key prize pool will also be distributed among teams that don't win.

NHBL Season 9 Highlights

The National Heavy Boxing League has completed their Season 9 regular season and released the highlights!

Coalplant is a King of the Hill map created by community map maker ScorpioUprising, based off of the map Ashville. It's set in a coal production facility, with both teams fighting over a control point flanked by numerous buildings and machinery. Both teams must fight through a large coal storage building, into a rail area containing the control point.

Coalplant is symmetrical, so any area or position is consistent for both sides.

Spawn refers to the resupply room, as well as the area immediately in front of it
- Spawn contains 3 exits, 2 into the building, and one leading to the flank.
- The Flank exit provides the fastest entrance to the point, but is more easily blocked and opens into a larger sight line.
- The building exits empty into a safe area, that is well blocked from spam, but slows players down that attempt to jump through it.

The building is composed of a shutter door, a large health pack, and large amounts of safe area
- Shutter: The shutter is a door in the middle of the room that leads directly to the point. It has a bridge on top of it that leads to the flank.
- Flank: The flank exit of this room is an open gateway that leads to the flank's balcony.
- Choke: Opposite the flank exit is an opening leading to the point, that is blocked by a large sign.

The flank is a long hallway that runs alongside the building and leads from the spawn to the point. It contains a medium health and ammo pack, and provides a large sight line over the map
- Stairs: The flank starts from spawn with a narrow chokepoint leading to a set of stairs. These stairs have a health pack at the top of them.
- Balcony: On top of the stairs there is a large balcony that runs along the front of the building and overlooks the point, providing a powerful defensive position.
- Under: Below the balcony, there is a large set of hallways that run to the spawn.

- Choke: This area is connected to the choke in the building, and leads out onto the point behind the house
- Houses: The point is flanked by two large buildings that players can stand on. They contain entrances to water
